You must be a DeckTech member in good standing to bid or sell.
Final Sales are binding. Improper use of the auction, such as bidding with no intention
of paying, may
result in banning.
Once an auction is complete, it is up to the seller and buyer to complete the transaction.
Contact each other via Dmail.
Buyer and seller should contact each other via dmail as soon as possible once the auction ends.
Once a sale is complete, it is up to the buyer and seller to close the deal. DeckTech assumes
no responsibility for lost cards, broken deals, inability to pay or deliver, or anything
else that involves the actual purchase or delivery of goods.
If arrangements to buy have not been made within three days or payment has not been
received within seven days, the seller has the right to offer the auction to
the next highest bidder on the list.
DeckTech auctions are quite different from most online auctions such as ebay. Auctions
will be viewed in the gallery for
4 days prior to auction, with no bidding allowed. At the start date at 3:00pm EST,
bidding proceeds
on a bid only basis with no proxy bidding. The sale is final when the four step process of
sale has been completed, with 4 hours in between steps. This 16 hour delay should allow all
continents
to view the auction effectively
Times are subject to slight variance
- Going once at 4 hours with no new bids
- Going twice at 8 hours with no new bids
- Going a third time at 12 hours with no new bids
- Sold! at 16 hours with no new bids
Any new bid will reset the status back to "No Status" which preceeds "Going Once"
These exact times and rules may vary shortly due to the newness of this system.
