chat rooms, editoral columns, and other dynamic content areas provided
by DeckTech. DeckTech's Online Forums are available for open discussion
and free exchange of ideas. The postings are not edited for content,
style or errors in mechanics of fact.
Like
the community you live in, the DeckTech Online Forums
work best when everyone follows basic standards of
conduct. Your privilege to use and contribute to discussions
depends on your compliance with the following guidelines.
DeckTech may revoke your registration privileges and/or
take any other appropriate measures to enforce these
guidelines if violations are brought to our attention.

and liable for all activities conducted through your
Account. Listed below are some, though not all, violations
that may result in DeckTech terminating your Account.
By registering an DeckTech member name, you agree
to not engage in any of the following acts:

not harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress
or discomfort upon other DeckTech online forum participants
or other individual or group.
- Do
not transmit via DeckTech Online Forums any information,
data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication
or other materials ("Content") that is unlawful:
harmful: threatening: abusive: harassing: defamatory:
vulgar: obscene; or racially or ethnically hateful
including that pertaining to sexual orientation.
- Do
not impersonate in DeckTech Online Forums any
person, particularly an DeckTech official, or DeckTech
Host.
- Do
not post or transmit any unsolicited advertising,
promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation
in DeckTech Online Forums, except in those areas
that are designated for such a purpose.
- Do
not intentionally or unintentionally violate any
applicable local, state, national or international
law, including but not limited to any regulations
having the force of law while using or accessing
DeckTech Online Forums or in connection with your
use of DeckTech Online Forums in any manner.
DeckTech
reserves the right to monitor some, all, or no areas of DeckTech Online
Forums for adherence to these rules or other rules that may be published
from time to time. You acknowledge that by providing you with the
ability to distribute your content, DeckTech is acting as a passive
conduit for such distribution and DeckTech is not undertaking any
obligation or liability relating to any content or activities in a
topic area.
DeckTech provides a method for requesting objectional
material be removed from its Online Forums. To request
material be removed send a email to admin@decktech.net
with "Request for Content Removal" in the
subject line. DeckTech is not undertaking any obligation
or liability to remove requested content in a timely
fashion or at all.

By posting to a Online Forum you agree that DeckTech
can display, modify, transmit, distribute or delete
your posting without needing further permission from
you. DeckTech does not edit postings and is not responsible
for the content of posted comments or images. Postings
may be removed by DeckTech at any time at their sole

CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER
