Stay current with new decks submitted by players around the globe here in the VS decks section. This is one of the most important areas of DeckTech, because having a great deck is a major part of winning consistently. Not only can you get a feel for what others are playing, but you may see a glimmer of an idea that you may find you will be able to exploit in a much more effective way.

You can also see as to what to stay away from. With that being said, look objectively at the decks, and DO NOT rate them until AFTER you have read the playing mechanics. Sometimes the strategy may not be readily obvious until the play notes are reviewed. Have respect for other peoples decks, especially if you are fairly new to the game.
